History:

Lee was born the first child to William and Caroline Adama, a young couple, with William on his way up the military ladder.

Lee was the only child for the first 3 years of his life and actually had a very good life. He was loved by his parents and then when his baby brother, Zak, came along, Lee loved being a big brother.

Lee and Zak had a normal life, with thier father being in the military, having to move around some, but a basically good life, till they were teenagers and their mother started to drink heavily.

Lee and Zak, put up with it, as did their father. Lee as soon as he could, like his father, joined the military to be a pilot and went to Officer Candidate School, where he met one of the most important people in his life, Kara Thrace, a classmate.  They almost had a thing, but he backed off, and upon graduation she was offered a position as a flight instructor, the youngest ever.  Which she took and Lee went on to be stationed on a battlestar.

Lee, showed he had a great skill for flying and quickly rose threw the ranks, while at the same time he fought with his father who pushed his younger brother to join the military.

He felt Zak wasn't military material, which didn't help their already strained relationship. But Zak joined anyway and along the way, their mother got help with her drinking problem. But then tragidy stuck and Zak was killed in the air.

Lee blamed his father for that and didn't see him or talk to him again, till the Galactica was going to be decommissioned. Lee being the commander's son, had to show up for that, and lucky he did. Since only the Galactica's crew survived the Cylon attack.

He, being the highest ranking pilot, was made CAG of the Galactica and is trying to work things threw with his father, at times. He also has a very charged, angry, loving relationship with his second, Kara Thrace.
