Personality:
Connor seems a bit stand-offish at first, but that's from his professional detachment he tries to keep. It kind of falls over into real life, not just when he's working. When you get past that, you'll find a very friendly, caring, loving young man, who's willing to give his all to people. Connor is also very passionate about his patients, but has lost his faith in god.

He will though be very forward to those he thinks are to uptight. He's not above being over obnoxious to people like that. Others he's the quiet man and yet to others, he has a mouth that won't stop.

Personal Quirks:
Jogs around the dome every morning and then goes to the gym to work out, as long as he has time, like having no patients to tend to. Is an adventurer at heart. Loves to do the dives into the caves, the mountain climbs to the peaks, things like that. If it constitues a risk, he'll be there.

History:
Connor was raised the middle child of 7 other children. His parents could never have children, so they adopted all they could. They were never rich people, but they were well off and loving, caring people. So it turned out adopting 7 children was easy.

Connor came with a baby sister. Their parents had died when they were both very young and the government didn't want to split them up if possible, so his adoptive parents took them both.

They were born and raised in Australia, living in an area where they had Aborigines for friends. So Connor and his siblings learned how to hunt, trap and survive out of doors for long periods of time and he learned to take the risks he loved. Between school and the Aborigines, it was a pretty good life.

But about 16 that changed, when one of his older siblings started to use drugs. Soon he had drug Connor into it. Their parents couldn't do anything about the older sibling, but they could with Connor. They tried rehab with him and shortly after he got out, his dad got a job in the states. They figured leaving it all behind and the sibling who was just out of control, would be best.

They were soon living in New York and despite the temptation there, Connor managed to stay clean. At the New York school he was pretty popular, the girls loved the accent. And Connor found out, that he'd learned more in the Australian School System then the American's had. He did one year of American school and graduated by the time he was 17.

He went to college right out of high school, like his parents wanted, but he didn't know what he wanted to do. But that all changed one night at school, when at a party, a girl OD'd. Connor being about the only straight one, did all he could to save her. He'd learned a lot from hanging around with his brother when they were both using. He managed to save the girl and after talking to a doctor at the hospital, he was kind of talked into becoming an EMT.

Connor took the classes and soon became an EMT, he also stayed in school, deciding he wanted to be a doctor. He worked for years as an EMT and soon was taking his residency as a doctor. His training as an EMT paid off several times, as he found quicker, easier ways to save someone's life in the ER.

He came to his bosses attention and they took him under their wing, teaching him all they knew. Connor was an apt student and caught on quickly. All his evals were excellent and soon he was done with his training and was a full fledged doctor. He stayed at the hospital working there and having a pretty good life, but he also ended up losing his faith, never able to understand how little children could die. Especially those beaten and abused by their own parents.

Then one day several men from the government showed up and talked to him about a new job. After much convincing, that this was indeed real, he was soon taking the biggest risk of his life, living on Mars.
